The printer was working fine and I'd recently added new Canon ink to the tanks.
A few weeks later - out of the blue - it started turning itself off & on with the word "Canon" appearing in the window.
I've tried many "online fixes" but none have worked.
I called Canon Tech Support and was told they have no clue how to fix it and recommended I purchase a new printer.
I'd hate to throw this printer away.
Can anyone help?
THANKS

Hello,
If the printer keeps turning off and on and goes to the Canon, it will point to a problem with the power supply or a loose power cord. Outside of the 1-year warranty, you can contact our sales team at 1-800-385-2155 and use our Upgrade program. The program would give you a discount and free shipping on a replacement printer. We do not have service centers that work on this model, but you can check for any third-party office equipment/printer repair in your area.
