I have a Canon G7020 color printer purchased in March 2023. My printer will only use the rear paper feed and I cannot see how to switch in to cassette paper feed. I had been able to use either but for the last few months it will only let me use the rear feed. How do I change the setting to allow the cassette paper feed to work?

Hi PatDavis41,
Please try setting the rear paper feed setting to a different paper size. When you do that, the paper feed will default to the cassette.
Please follow these steps:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your G7020 one time.
2. Press the right arrow 3 times to select Feed settings and press the OK button.
3. Press the OK button on Save paper info.
4. Press the OK button on Rear tray.
5. Press the OK button again on the message that appears.
6. Size will be selected. Use the right arrow to select KG/4"x6" and press the OK button two times.
Attempt to print.
More information regarding feed settings can be viewed in the manual here:
G7000 series > Overview > Changing Settings > Changing Settings from Operation Panel > Feed settings
