Upon original 5200 error message, I followed the manual and attempted to clean and flush the black cartridge which was not printing. Last recommendation was to replace the print cartridge which I did. However, the error still appears and will no longer allow me to go into Maintenance mode or any other actions for that matter.
It's been a good printer for several years. This is the first issue I've had but the ink reservoirs are full and now I'm out $75 for the cartridge heads. Any suggestions to get past the error code?
I guess the new cartridge heads could be bad is another option. Here is what I ordered which say they are G7020 compatible.

Same problem. Error code 5200 and cannot do anything as the printer will not let me get past the error code screen, so I can't access the maintenance menu to do a flush or any other remedies. Kind of a ridiculous circle jerk. Please advise on how to get past this 5200 error screen.
