PIXMA G7020 Drivers Have Disappeared

I needed to reinstall the drivers for a PIXMA 7020 today and have noticed that they have disappeared from the support page. Is there an alternate download location for these drivers?

We're not sure what might be happening there as we tested the page on multiple computers including one that wasn't on any of our internal networks and the "Software & Drivers" heading came right up.  You can try again on a different browser or you can also try visiting https://ij.start.canon

Once there, click "Set Up" and choose your model.  You should be able to download everything you need there.

Thanks for joining the conversation, mcbddzak!  You'll find everything you need for your PIXMA G7020 right here.

Hope this helps!

If you click on the software & drivers button it no longer takes you to the drivers. The link on that page is broken and goes nowhere. I also tried using the chat bot and the link it provides for Windows drivers returns an HTTP 404 error page as shown below. Screenshot 2023-11-01 113046.pngScreenshot 2023-11-01 113054.png

Thank you for your rapid response, it worked.
