The other day a thin piece of plastic film fell into the rear paper tray of my PIXMA G620 photo printer, and the film got pulled under a roller causing the paper to jam.
I followed the instructions for removing the film and attempted several roller cleanings using the printer instructions. I was careful not to touch the rollers when cleaning them.
However, ever since, my paper will begin to feed into the printer and almost instantly one edge of the paper will seem to pull in just a bit faster than the other edge, resulting in the paper only feeding in the right edge, crushing the left edge and jamming the printer. I have tried everything I can think of to fix the issue.
Any advice or tips are super appreciated!! 🙂
