PIXMA G620 Unable to print on cardstock

I am trying to make and print a baseball cards for my brother and I can't seem to be able to print on 300gsm cardstock using my G620

Hi Cgross361,

The maximum weight supported when using non-Canon paper is from 17 to 28 lb.
