I need to do an ink flush because the yellow ink suddenly stopped and it looks like its backed up into the print head. I replaced the Cartrige in the G620 with the correct one and got an error 1724, which says it cant be used. But this is brand new from the box.. is there any way to get this to work without buying a new one?
