Canon Pixma G6020
Just purchased and installed last week Sept. 5, 2024. Machine has been working well all week. Today, Sept. 12, 2024, control panel indicated a firmware update was available, so I clicked the OK button to install it.
The printer shut off on its own during the firmware update. When I turned it back on, the printer shows up as idle, until I print something, then in a few seconds, the printer says it is offline and will not print anything. If I pause the print cue, the printer immediately shows up as online.
We are a Mac/iOS household, latest software everywhere.
Please advise,
