PIXMA G6020 - copy a document from the scanning bed defaults to the scanner mode

Oakleaf

When I attempt to copy a document from the scanning bed my printer defaults to the scanner mode and then prints only from the back paper feed.  The LED screen says "copy" but when I activate the "copy" button the printer automatically reverts to scanning and rear feed.  I have not been able to find anyway to reset the printer to use a copy command and have it print to paper from the cassette feed only.  I have considered attempting to reset the printer to factory settings and start over but cannot find that command either in the printer menu or tools setting.  Looking for suggestions.

Hi Oakleaf,

To select the paper source when making copies, please follow these steps:

1.  With your G6020 on, please press the Copy button.  The Copy screen will appear.
