Hello!
So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information.
What is the exact model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit)?
Do you see any error messages?
What version of Windows or macOS are you using?
How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
Have you installed the software from https://canon.us/ijsetup
Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue.

I have the Pixma G6020 on my Windows computer hooked up thru wifi. I did install the software. I did live chat...their recommendation was to turn off computer and printer, disconnect wifi and reboot everything and that would work it did not
