I'm having an issue that I can't figure out. It seems that I'm having alignment issues but doing printhead alignment doesn't help. I've attached a couple photos to show what my problem is. I have only had the printer for a month and has otherwise been great.
As you can see, there is a horizontal line and vertical line, along which the distortion/squishing/cutting-off happens.
What could possibly be the problem here?

RESOLVED.
This is not a printer problem. This was a software problem.
I'm using Silhouette Studio and the print DPI was defaulting to 600 DPI. Changed to 300 DPI and fixed my issue.
