Two problems:
1. My G 4410 gives an error message 2114. This only seems to occur when I try to print Word documents - Exel and Acrobat work OK.
2. To fix this, I need a link to remote UI for maintenance, but this link does not function.
My machine is a MacBook Pro.
Advice please.
