PIXMA G3272 No colors printing at all

Hi, just bought and set up a new G3272.  But for hours now, nothing I've tried (except a deep clean) has produced colors to print, even on the nozzle check prints, and after several cleanings and even a physical reset of the print heads.

Setup of your printer, maybe you missed something.

Bought another that worked fine from a Walmart with one in stock 30 miles away.  Returned first the next day to my local store.  Suspect defective print head but had no time to mess with troubleshooting or repairs on new printer.  My printing needs were immediate!
