My printer (G3270) is 3 months old. It pauses a few times when printing a simple word doc or even a doc with small pictures. Today it took approx. 15 minutes to print a one page doc. It paused for about 2-3 minutes for each pass it made over the paper.
The firmware is up to date.
It is connected wifi 2.4 to a MacBook.
I searched the forum but I didn't find anything that worked to correct the issue.

I tried this, it did not help. Canon support believes the problem is that the 1 gig is not fast enough. We switched to 5g and it print normal speed.

Have you tried a reboot of both your computer and printer? Many times a restart fixes things.

Good, it is one of the Canons that supports both 2.4 ghz and 5ghz. 5ghz has a faster signal but does not reach as far.
