PIXMA TR4700 Series: Offline and I can't get it back online

Hello~ I changed the ink of my Cannon TR4700 printer and now it says my printer is Offline and I can't get it back on line. How do I fix this? Thanks so much

PIXMA TR7820 will not print

I’ve tried repeatedly to print a document from the Canon app, and the printer says “Printing” but nothing is happening. I checked the WiFi connections and the printer is definitely online. The app says it’s printing also.Any suggestions?

I have an iP4900 which prints its nozzle check perfectly. Blues look bright and correctly blue. But, when I try to print anything with blue in it, the result looks dark blue green. What could be going on? Settings all factory default.
