When I print my black is faded and is almost like white stripes going through the words or images. I have a Canan Pixma G3202. I have done all the cleanings the manual has said to do and watched some youtube videos but it is still not working properly. Every time I print a test page it still have the black with white stripes through it and the grid is still missing lines as well. What can I do ?

Hi citycountrybear,
Because performing printhead cleanings did not resolve the printing issue you are experiencing with your PIXMA G3202, please perform a System Cleaning:
Performing a System Cleaning - G3200 series
If the issue persists, one or both of the printheads may need to be replaced. If you wish to replace the printhead(s), they are available directly from Canon:
Shop Canon BH-2 Print Head | Canon U.S.A., Inc.
Shop Canon CH-2 Print Head | Canon U.S.A., Inc.
You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
