G3060 printer faulty from the start; falsely described as "fine art printer." It is not. Help!
I purchased the printer a while ago, but it's gotten little use as it has continual problems. I've called tech support numerous times but they can't resolve it. And, to make matters even worse, the primary reason I purchased this more expensive printer rather than a less expensive model is because it said it could produce, "fine art prints," but it cannot. The G3060 printer has only four colored inks (plus black), while the definition of a "fine art printer" is that it has at least eight colors. Further, I've never been able to get it to print wirelessly, and the last time I called tech support the tech was so aggressive that I felt intimidated and never called again.
I have already spent way too much time on the phone with Canon. I'm a person with a disability and this stress is not good for me. Can anyone suggest the next steps? Thank you!
P.S. I'm very lucky I decided to keep my very old Samsung laser printer. It works perfectly every time and has saved me repeatedly when the Canon becomes unreliable in the midst of a big project.
