Greetings,
G1200 tank printer purchased new 3-2021. Used briefly (less than 50 pages). Then sat idle until 12-2022. Windows 7 recognizes printer as connected (USB connect), but it won't print. 'Printer Not Responding' message on computer screen. Blinking lights on printer indicate print heads are installed incorrectly, though I can't see how this is possible.
Talked to Canon tech by phone and got nowhere except offer to sell me new printer. Sure would appreciate any help.
