PIXMA G1020 (Deep Cleaning (Windows)
Black and white does not print.
I tried cleaning print nozzles 6 times. and printing the check pattern 6 times
The "A" part of the print nozzle pattern does not print at all.
The manual says on p44-45 that "deep cleaning" is necessary, but not tell you how do that.
HELP !!

I had the model # wrong - It is G1220.
Meanwhile my problem is solved (very well) -_ i called for paid support from Canon.
The problem really is that the manual, on page 45 - step 4, does not explain what to do to "clean the print head deeply". - it does not explain to use the " IJ Printer Assist Tool".
Maybe someone could look into this manual deficiency.
