Not receiving replacement ink via Pixma printer program

Is anyone having a problem getting ink sent via the Pixma printer program? I received my welcome cartridge in Nov. 2023, but nothing since. My printer has been giving me low ink warnings for two months. I have emailed twice, asking for ink, with no response. BTW, Canon is very prompt in billing me each month for the subscription fee!

Yes, I see my printer and am subscribed to the Pixma Print Plan. I am billed for it every month, but Canon has not sent me any ink cartridges other than the welcome package. Ink has been low for over 2 months. I have emailed asking for a replacement cartridge. No answer from Canon.

Thanks, will try that. I'm unhappy with their lack of response to customer concerns. I used to have an HP printer and their subscription program ran like clockwork. Canon falls short, IMO.

I have the plan for my printer and have no problems, so I expect they will work it out for you.

John, they were very helpful and I found out what the problem was: My welcome package from the print plan contained only a black cartridge, no color one. So it was assumed that I had a spare color cartridge and hadn't yet installed it, which is why they hadn't sent me a replacement. It was, of course, their error, but it is no longer a mystery.

I have this problem and so far it has not been resolved despite a Canon representative phoning me. I still have no colour ink and haven't had now for 6 weeks. On my online account it is showing I have half a cartridge of colour left but I ion't.  It's empty. If I attempt to print the pages come out pink. My printer is connected to the internet at all times. I am going to cancel the sub cos I am fed up of paying for ink and not being sent any.

I have been unable to printer for one and a half years. The website said it discontinued the program and my printer is unable to print anything until this is resolved. I installed their cartridge after over a year in cancer treatment in which I did not use the printer. Since I have been out I have tried to print with a sent unused cartridge and my own store bought cartridges and it is stuck trying to get past their server. Their server interrupts function and they seem to fully control my printer. They need to resolve this or pay me back for the printer and I'll go elsewhere.

Instead of piggybacking on an old thread, you should start your own topic.  Use the information above and verify your printer appears under my Canon subscriptions. Call Canon Support at the number listed for assistance in resolving this problem.

A printer enrolled in the subscription service must communicate with Canon servers regularly in order for the replenishment program to work.  Without a year's worth of use, I'm fairly certain your account will need some individual attention to get you back on track. Give support the opportunity to help.  🙂
