What do I do if my light no longer comes on? I’ve pressed and held the button and nothing happens.

There are a few things that could be causing this issue. It is recommend you call Canon support at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST excluding holidays.
