I'm not the brightest person, but I'm pretty sure I followed the instalation process correctly as it was fairly simple. I can scan but nothing prints. I run the troubleshooter and it says everything is ok except there is a queue waiting to print. It repairs (deletes queue) and then asks if I want a test print, which also queues. I confident I've done something wrong here and just hope it's a simple fix. I won't be surprised if folks here have heard this same story many times.
Thank you for any help!

I am having the same issue, and there is no support answer for this anywhere on or off site. Please, help.
My specs are almost exactly the same. I'm running on an Asus Essentrio 1730 with windows 8.1 and having the exact same problem described by the first post.
