Hi,
My printer does not seem to recognize black. I have cleaned the printer heads above and below. After printing the test page there is no black on the sheet. Yet, when I remove the print head, there is black ink on the print head (below).
Is it possible that my printer just does not recognize black? Or do I need some more cleaning?
Is it possible to set the printer up to only print with the color cartridges and thus give it in a dark grey?
