My ipad can't find my Pixma MG6220

The MG 6220 is suppose to support Air print, but either my ipad or iphone can find this printer. How do I update my firmwear?

If the firmware needs to be updated, please visit our website at the following link to download the update.

The printer would have to be connected via USB to your Windows or Mac OS X computer in order to perform the update.
