My canon Mx920 series printer won't print the magenta color

My canon printer MX920 series  won't print the magenta color.  I have performed the maintenance (regular, then deep cleaning) twice, and turned the printer off for 24 hours as well.  When I ran the printe maintenance again today, none of the magenta bars print.  According the print levels, however there is still ink in the cartridge.  Any help would be appreciated.
