My TS3322 cartridges wont align

I just bought this unit and the cartirdges wont center for me to install the ink. What do I do?

Hi thart3311,

Please disconnect the power cord for 15 minutes.  After that time has passed, please reconnect the power cord and turn your printer on.  Open the cover.  If the print carriage does not move, please contact our support group using the following link:
