My TS300 stopped printing photos properly.

I was in the middle of printing a batch of 4x6 photos and all of a sudden the printer made a very odd noise and the picture that came out had runny ink that got everywhere. I tried restarting my phone, computer, and printer, no dice. 5 test photos have failed. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Hi loveclaire33,

Please load plain paper into your PIXMA TS300 series printer and turn your printer on.  Once  your printer is on, please hold down the resume button on your printer until the error light blinks one time, then let it go.

A test page should print.  Please compare your test page with the example below.  Does your test page print correctly?
