I have the same problem as Lonnie but the solution you provided does NOT work for me. No matter where I go under Preferences, Drivers, etc. I see no drop down box for 2-sided printing. The printer device gives me no options for double-sided printing, yet I can 2-side print from a web document. MS says that it's a printer problem because the printer is not designating it can do 2-sided printing. So please help, as this is one of the reasons I bought the computer in the first place. Thanks.
