I've tried running all of the roller cleaning settings, using thicker paper, not sure why the ADF will not take any paper to copy.
Thanks for you assistance.

Hi LCScully,
We can try cleaning the rollers of the ADF to see if this will resolve the issue. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Please turn off the printer, then open the left-side cover of the ADF. Ensure that no pieces of paper or other obstructions exist, then Inside of the cover, you should see several rubber rollers.
2. With a moistened cotton swab (you can moisten the swab with water or glass cleaner), please clean each of the rollers, being sure to rotate the rollers with the swab instead of directly touching it.
3. Once the rollers have been cleaned, please close the ADF cover.
If you still experience difficulty with the paper feeding in ADF of the printer, it will require servicing. Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
