My MX495 started cycling on and off today.......

i see the same problem in this forum and with many different models ............... canon should find a solution if they want people to keep buying their printers......this one is my second.....i gave the first one to my sister.

pressing any button won't work....it just keeps switching on and off...... i took the power cable off because it doesn't stop and it's annoying me.

Exactly. I will never buy canon again if there is not a simple fix. They should fix software, not require customers to spend hours trying to do complicated fixes.
