My Canon MP210 will only overview scan, I see the document, but the scan button won't highlight.
I've tried pressing the scanner button on the machine and also through Image Capture and the Canon Icon in my dock, again, only overview scan, so I can't really scan it.
Any suggestions?

Michael,
I don't know what I was doing wrong, but I now downloaded it and yes, MP Navigator Ex. 1.0 now works!!
Why the button on the scanner, Image Capture or the Canon MP Series Printer Icon in my dock doesn't work is beyond me, but I am now happy.
Thank you!

Hi traveler582,
So we can better assist you, please reply with what version of Mac OS you have on your Mac. You can find this information by going to your APPLE MENU and selecting ABOUT THIS MAC. Also, please let us know if you are able to make a photocopy successfully directly from the printer.
If this is a time-sensitive matter, additional support options are available at Contact Us.

Hello.
Please try using our MP Navigator program to scan with the unit.
The program can be downloaded from our website at the following link:
