I have cleared the printer, unplugged it for over an hour,checked for any thing in it but nothing. I can do nothing else at all with it. It is about 3 years old. Never had it do this without an actual paper jam. I do think before it started one piece of paper was not going in straight but I dont think it got in the machine much.
