My Canon MG6600 Keeps getting an error 5100 and the ink thing is stuck somehow?

I have a Canon MG6600 and there was a paper jammed inside the printer but my brother tried to take it out and he accidently ripped it. Later, I found out he had taken out the ink catridges to see if that would let him to better see the paper and now the thing that holds the ink catridges is now jammed into the right corner? Stuck I guess? And I hvae no clue what to do.
