We have a mg6600 printer. It will not print text but will print graphics, only not good quality.

Printer will copy. Printer will print graphics, but not good quality. Will not print text. Have done a complete reinstall. Current drivers. Done all the maintenence proceedures. Sounds and acts like it i printing, but nothing onpaper. Will not print test page. Comes out blank. We have had the printer less than a year. Has been pretty good until now. Not sure what else to do with it.

Any ideas woould be helpful.
