My Canon MG5320 won't print!

When I attempt to print, I keep getting an error message. I am able to print from other computers, just not my own. Is there a way to fix this?!

Hi, MOlson!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks and have a great day!

I'm running Windows 8. I recently got a new computer, it was working for a couple of days but yesterday and today it's stopped working. The error message that I receive is that the printer is in an "error state" I've tried, turning both the printer and the computer off and back on again, but nothing has worked.

Hello.

Please check to see if any errors are displayed on the LCD screen of the printer itself.  It may be possible that an error or warning is shown.

If there are no errors, please tell us if you can perform copies directly from the unit itself.

If more immediate assistance is needed, feel free to call us at 1-800-OKCANON.

My printer is the same model MG5320 and I too am running Windows 8.  I cant get it to print wirelessly from my laptop to the printer.  I have tried everything that I know to try.  Can anyone help?

My printer isn't but a year old and I have all new print cartridges so I cant just go out and buy another printer.
