My Cannon 700 won't come on. I have unplugged it for 25 minutes and Plug it back in - no luck

Hi Stew,

Try connecting the printer to another confirmed working outlet.  If it still will not power on, disconnect the power and press the ON button 5 times (this will completely drain any power from the printer).  Wait 60 minutes and the plug it in again.  If you still get nothing, then the printer will need to be serviced.  Please feel free to contact us to explore your service options.

I tried this with no luck. It tries to start momentarily and then nothing.
