The scan to file option puts black vertical lines on my documents but if I scan the book page to print, it will print without the lines. This makes no sense to me. My PIXMA 452 all-in-one is NEW, so what could be the problem?

Hi Lissa,
What program are you using to scan? If you aren't using our IJ Scan Utility, please try it and let us know if you still see the lines.
