My printer goes ofline and I have to reload the drivers everytime I want to print unless it's the same day that I have already downloaded them. I'm running windows 8 but havent had any problems until recently. Troubleshooting hasn't helped. Any fixes for this?

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I am connecting wirelessly on my laptop runing windows 8 and USB on an old desktop running XP.

To try and resolve the offline error, please try turning the printer off and back on. Then see if you can print again.
