I don't know my model of my printer and I need to print and the printer requires my to have the model.
My serial no. is: KJTF20xxx

The model of the priner should be on the top or front edge of the device.
Only the mods can reverse look up model by serial number.
Youll have to wait for one of them to respond.

The letter portion of each serial number corresponds to a specific printer model. KJTF corresponds to the PIXMA MG2960, a printer model marketed primarily in Australia. That very same model number should appear either on the top or front of the unit in plain view. As this model is not offered by Canon USA, we are unable to provide support for it. Our forum community, however, is welcome to offer their assistance.
