Missing Install Disk

I have a PIXMA MX860 I want to install on both a windows 8.1 and a windows 7 machine.  I cannot locate the SetupCD.  Is there a place to download the msetup exe file for an easy install or an install wizard?  Thanks.

Sorry if this is a duplicate.  I thought I had posted and now I can't find it.

canon pixma inkjet printer and scaner/mx 700/windows 10 / i can print from computer,but can not scan to my computer/can not find install disk/ am i missing a driver or does something need to be turn on/need help

Looks like Canon isn't issuing a driver for W10 for the MX700, but they say the W8 version might work.
