Microsoft word labels will not print from rear tray - possible solution

If you used Mail Merge, on the Label Options screen, there is a printer menu in the top left-hand corner. Select rear tray here.  Otherwise, the labels will print to the default feed (cassette).  Hope this helps

Open the printer properties or settings and ensure the default paper source is set to the rear tray.
