Manual realignment 3620 printer directions needed

I have performed the automatic realignment with no success on my mg3620 printer. It is apparent from the printed sheet produced during the automatic realignment process that the black/white print head is not working properly (it was recently replaced). Because the test sheet is incomplete (no black columns at all are printed, no mark at the bottom of the test page etc.), the auto realignment doesn't work.  Despite searching both the online manual and forums, I cannot find directions for how to perform the "manual realignment" which manual says is the next step.

The instructions are in the manual, but if it is like my Pro-100 the printer will lead you through step by step if you select manual adjustment and then select align print head.

But, head alignment will not correct a nozzle set not printing. The manual adjustment is very small adjustments.

If one or more of the inks are not printing you need to run cleanings and/or deep cleanings.
