Is there an update for the Canon Pixma MX920? I just upgraded to the most recent Mac OS Catalina Version 10.15

Hi Just wondering if there will be drivers for Mac Catalina for my Canon MX476 printer/scanner...Need to know so I can buy a new machine if necessary

https://www.canon.com.au/support/sims-content?pid=081c1b81bdab457ba01d93a5c96594f9&cid=C22AB0C371074...

Looks like it is available.

Thank you very much...The scanner is very inelegant (not like the IJ Scan Utility I was using before), but at least it works.

Just purchased the TS8220 and see no drivers for Catalina.

Are drivers planned, and if so when would that be?

We have limited color management under Airprint and our usage is commercial grade label printing.

Thank you.

I have just upgraded to Catalina 15.2 and my aold CanoScan 9000F scanner will not work with this system.  I will have to buy a new scanner but I am having a lot of trouble finding one that is compatible.  I need a photo, film, and document scanner for my work.  Please suggest some makes and models or send me a URL to a site featuring these scaners.

Cheers.............Doc (John Howell)

Look into VueScan.

@stephen

Are drivers coming for the TS8220-? Limited functionality on forced Airprint.

Mr. Hoffman-

   I need a scanner, not a printer, that is compatible with OS 10.15.  A photo/document/film scanner would be best for my work.  I do not need a printer.  Is there anything out there that is compatible?

Since you say you have a functioning 9000F that doesn't work with Catalina my recommendation is to Google "VueScan 9000F"

If you're unable to run your printer scan option after the new Catalina update try this...this worked for me!! Open your "Preview". Go to "File" and click "Import from Canon Printer" (It should list your printer name there). Click Scan! That's all!! I saved the scan to my documents and didn't have any further issues. I hope this helps someone 🙂
