I have just installed a Pixma G2270. I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.7. The Printers and Scanners Preference screen>Options & Supplies shows Driver version 2.0.
When I go to print, I can't change brightness, contrast or anything like that. All there is is a Black & White checkbox and a pulldown list that doesn't have Color Options.
How do I adjust color when printing?
