This is driving me nuts -- I have scanned a couple hundred of documents that are 3x5 or 4x6 in size and they
scanned fine. Now all of a sudden my scan results are way too large in height. They used to be (according to properties in Windows) 884 pixels, now they are 3152 pixels.
Can someone please tell me how to correct this, I have looked everywhere and cannot figure out what I did and how to change it back. I am using Canon Quick Menu, I think it is called and am on Windows 7 if that matters.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi royalsfan,
Please follow these steps:
1. From the Start menu, select All Programs > Canon Utilities > IJ Scan Utility > IJ Scan Utility to start IJ Scan Utility.
2. Click the Settings button.
3. Click on the tab on the left hand side that corresponds to the type of scanning that you are doing.
4. On the right hand side, please set the appropriate Paper Size.
5. Click OK.
Attempt to scan.
