I have the same issue as folks on this thread.

I've tried suggestions there to no avail. Both of my windows laptops will fail to print however my Iphone can print just fine.
Most often after a printer restart it works fine. Are there any other suggestions? My wife wants be to get a different printer, but I like the MX922.
