We have a Canon Pixma ts3150 which was working fine and then recently it just suddenly stopped working - ie lost wireless connection with the computer.
We downloaded software again to reinstall and going through the wireless setup via the router - the wireless setup appears to pick up the printer's serial number as it displays the last few digits but going through the setup the computer fails to connect with the printer (after 'disabled blocking'). We have tried this on two different computers and cannot get it to work.
Any suggestions?
