Have done one deep cleaning and problem still exsist.

Greetings,
Old ink, a worn out or partially clogged printhead (due to infrequent use) can all cause the problems you are describing. Have you performed a printhead alignment?
Also, a dirty timing (encoder) strip is something else you can look at.
