I have an MX922 connected via a wired connection. I am running Win 7 (64bit) on a Intel 4790 with a Samsung EVO 850 SSD boot drive. I have noticed recently very slow boot times, 2 minutes. I have allowed Windows Update to install the freqents updates for the Canon printer.
I just diagnosed that the slow boot time is related to the printer being off. If the printer is on the system boots in less than 20 seconds, with it is off it takes over 2 minutes.
What did you guys at Canon do to the drivers in the last month to mess them up so badly? 2 months ago I never had this problem.
