MX892 not printing even after deep cleaning

MX892 has printed fine, never any problems. Recently had printed in a.m. fine then in evening sent a doc. and no ink printed on page.  Did the suggested: clean print heads, deep cleaning, unplug, run numerous deep cleans, but still nothing. Left unplugged for some time thinking it would "reset", then ran "deep clean" a few times, still nothing! Don't know why it would stop so suddenly! Ink was fine, but with all the cleaning 3 cartridges will need to be replaced. Don't really want to do that if there isn't the possibility of a good outcome! Any suggestions or thoughts would be great!
